The aforesaid application under Order XXIII, Rule-3 of the Civil Procedure Code has been filed with the prayer to dispose of the writ petition in terms of compromise dated 17.04.2025 entered between the petitioner and the contesting respondent no.4. 2. During pendency of the writ petition,compromise has taken place between the parties. According to which respondent no. 4 agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,50,000/- towards the sale consideration of the plot in dispute and the petitioner has agreed to execute the sale deed in favour of the respondent no.4, copy of the compromised dated 17.04.2025 is appended as Annexure No-1 to this affidavit. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Kalendra Prasad, Advocate holding brief of Sri H.M.B. Sinha, learned counsel for the respondent no.4, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, present Misc. Application No. 27 of 2025 is allowed. Re:- Civil Misc. Writ petition 1.
