The Court made the following: 3 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3161 of 2025 ORDER: This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the non-disposal of the A.S.No.310 of 2018 in O.S.No.207 of 2011, pending on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Kakinada. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material available on record. 3. The petitioners are the defendant Nos.1 and 2 in O.S.No.207 of 2011 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge Court, Peddapuram and the respondent No.1 is the plaintiff in the said suit for permanent injunction for recovery of the possession of the suit schedule property. The said suit was decreed by Decree and Judgment on 01.10.2018. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed an appeal in A.S.No.310 of 2018 on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Kakinada. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this appeal has been pending for the last six years and sought a direction to the appellate Court to dispose of the same expeditiously in the interest of justice. 5. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that the suit pertains to the year 2011 and appeal was filed in the year 2018, in our considered view, it is 4 appropriate and reasonable to direct the learned VI Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Kakinada to dispose of A.S.No.310 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, to meet the interest of justice. 6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned VI Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Kakinada to dispose of A.S.No.310 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is made clear that the parties in the appeal on both sides shall cooperate for early disposal of the appeal. 7. There shall be no order as to costs.
