What has essentially been challenged is the inaction on the part of BBMP to provide reservation for - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50405 WP No. 26383 of 2025 persons belonging to Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe category under the BBMP Advertisement Byelaws, 2025 and also the representation has been submitted to respondent Nos.1 and 2 in this regard. Since no representation having been submitted to BBMP nor BBMP made a party to these proceedings, the relief sought for cannot be granted in the absence of BBMP. 3. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to furnish a fresh representation to the BBMP and approach this Court if the BBMP were not to act on the said representation, the petition stands disposed.
