The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 187 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 87 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Ms. Khushboo Tyagi, learned J.M.F.C.-VIII, Ranchi. The daughter of the informant was kidnapped by three unknown persons. The victim was taken away on a Hundai Car bearing registration No. JH01FU-6874. It is alleged that the petitioner had prepared a fake number plate of the car, which was used in the commission of offence. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Khushboo Tyagi, learned J.M.F.C.-VIII, Ranchi, or her successor, in connection with Chutia P.S.
