Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation before the concerned Respondent in view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this High Court delivered in the matter of Smt. Sona Sahu

3. Be that as it may, the Petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before Respondent No.4 along with the copy of judgment of Smt. Sona Sahu (supra), which in turn shall be considered and decided by the said authority in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said representation.
4. With aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands finally disposed of. No costs.
