Sl.No. 65 Court No. 35 G.S.Das 22.09.2025 WPA 21823 of 2025 Moumita Bera Ghosh -Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Bidyut Kr. Halder Mr. Indranil Halder … for the Petitioner(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her information dated 26.03.2025 furnished to the Narendrapur Police Station did not yield any result. I find that the said information is for recovery of a sum of money. The genesis of which arose from a loan agreement as well as a licence agreement Having considered that the contractual agreement is the foundation of such dispute, it would be, in the interest of justice, for the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional court for necessary relief. The jurisdictional court would assess as also ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations, thereafter, pass necessary directions as he/she deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21823 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
