Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. In pursuance to the order dated 16.04.2025 full compliance has been apprised by concerned Station House Officer to learned Standing Counsel vide letter dated 15.05.2025 and the same has been ascertained by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. It is also intimated by learned counsel for the petitioners that marriage performed between petitioner nos. 1 and 2 has already been registered and marriage certificate has obtained by them. 6. In view of the above, no cause of action available to pursue the instant petition, hence, the same is disposed of.
