ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent no. 2 8s 3 authority trying to dispossessing the petitioners from the petitioner schedule land in Sy.No. 22/2 for an extent of Ac 0.19 cents at Mulagada Village and Mandal, Visakhapatnam district with collusion of respondent Nos.4 to 6, without following due process of law and without any notice to the petitioner without any authority is illegal, arbitrary and violation of the Art.14, 21 and 300(A) Of Constitution of India and also violation of the principles of natural Justice and consequently direct the respondent no. 285 3 authority not interfere in the petitioner schedule property schedule land in Sy. No. 22/2 for an extent of Ac 0.19 cents at Mulagada Village and Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and pass such.…”
2. Heard Sri Tota Tejeswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on 11.07.2022, the petitioner approached the Gajuwaka Police Station and filed a report. Accordingly, the respondent police have conducted enquiry and during the course of enquiry, it came to light that the subject matter is civil in nature. He would further submit that the police are

not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
