It has been submitted by Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State that “Kelly Bungalow No.2” is the Bungalow of RIMS and it will not be demolished. He further submits that vide Notification dated 09.04.2025, this petitioner has been relieved from Jharkhand to join her parent department i.e. the Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi with effect from 09.04.2025. He further submits that the husband of this petitioner in whose favour the Bungalow in which the petitioner is staying was allotted, has already been repatriated to his parent department. 3. The aforesaid fact has not been disputed by the petitioner. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, which is not been controverted, no relief can be granted to this petitioner in this writ petition. 5. Considering the prayer which has been made by the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. 6. The Government notification is kept on record. 7. I.A. No.17059 of 2025 stands disposed of.
