Learned counsel for the applicant would submits that after dis- missal of writ appeal against common order dated 14.02.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.8586/2019 and WPS No.3137/2024, process of compliance of aforesaid order has been initiated and order shall be complied with at the earliest, hence, he seeks one month time to comply with the same. 3. It is very sorry state of affairs that petitioner has retired months prior to the order dated 14.02.2025, despite that he is being paid only 50% pensionary benefit. It is very difficult for an employee af- ter retirement to survive with his family members without payment of pensionary benefits. 4. Having considered the aforesaid facts and prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, 30 days time is granted from to- day to comply with the common order dated 14.02.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.8586/2019 and WPS No.3137/2024. 5.
