ORDER:
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“… to issue a Writ/Order/Direction more particularly one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Impugned Memo.No. ICD01/ 1434/ CADA/2021-1 dt 28.10.2021 of the respondents for inspection and verification of the works which were already grounded on inspection and recording of M.Book long back vide Agreement Nos.635/2018-19, 636/2018-19, 576/2018-19, 575/2-18-19, 607/2018-19, 608/2018-19, 645/2018-19, 644/2018-19, 641/2018-19 respectively of Yerragondapalem Sub Division, Prakasam District as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art.14 86 19(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the Impugned Memo No. ICD01/1434/CADA/2021-1 dt 28.10.2021 issued by the 3rd Respondent by directing to pay the approved bills ….”
2. When the writ petition came up for admission on 08.04.2022, this Court passed the following interim order:
“…there shall be a direction to the respondents to pay the approved and final bill amount due to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order….”
3. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation, produced a copy of instructions of the Executive Engineer (FAC), Special Division, Irrigation, Markapur, Prakasam District. Vide Lr.No.EE/AB.EC.I/381 M, dated 10.11.2025, where in it is stated that the admitted amounts under “Neeru Chettu” works has already been paid to the petitioner, which are as under:
