Case No. 13 of 2024 arising out of Ranchi Kotwali P.S. Case No. 394 of 2023, for the offences registered under Section 21(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-VI- cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. 3. The Bail Application of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court. 4. On 04.12.2023, Kotwali Police apprehended this petitioner from a place near Noor Nagar. On search, 42 bottles of Onerex Cough Syrups were recovered from his possession. 5. The quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 6. Mr. A.K.Sahani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2023. It was further submitted that only one witness has been examined in this case. 7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
