ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in particular 3rd Respondent in not considering the appeal filed by the Petitioner on 10-7-2025 under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act for cancellation of illegal mutations/issuing pattadar pass book and title deeds with regard to the land in Sy.No.110/5A to an extent of Ac.0.93 Cts and in Athuru Revenue Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati District, as arbitrary, illegal, in violation of the Provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act and the Rules made there under and in Violation of Article 14, and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents in particular Respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the Petitioner on 10-7-2025 with regard to the land in Sy.No.110/5A to an extent of Ac.0.93 Cts and in Athuru Revenue Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati District in accordance with law ….”

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite filing an appeal on 10.07.2025 under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for cancellation of illegal mutations/pattadar pass book and title deeds with regard to the land to an extent of Ac.0.93 cents in Survey No.110/5A, Athuru Revenue Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati District, no orders have been passed so far.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has stated that as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, the authorities will consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons.
5. Considering the said submissions, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 10.07.2025 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar

Passbooks Act, 1971, after issuing notice to the concerned persons and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
