Heard Sri Dheera Kanishka, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Official Respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there are financial disputes between the Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondent Nos.8 and 9. He would further submit that the police are regularly calling the Petitioner to the police station and interfering in the business affairs of the Petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that on the complaint made by the Respondent No.8, the Petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and no crime has been registered against the Petitioner. The police are not interfering in the business affairs of the Petitioner. 5 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
