Case No. 32 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 80(2)/3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the court of Md. Danish Nawaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Giridih. Petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased Sajda Praween, who died in her matrimonial home due to asphyxia because of hanging. It was submitted that deceased had committed suicide because her husband had assaulted her. It was further submitted that there is no mark of violence on the person of deceased apart from ligature mark. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears that the husband of the deceased Safaul Ansari has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.3216/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Md. Danish Nawaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Giridih, or his successor, in connection with Taratand P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) 26th September, 2025 BS/-
