Sri Vivek Chandra Sekhar, learned Standing Counsel has placed the proceedings dated 03.11.2025 issued by the Principal District Judge, Kurnool, reinstating the petitioner into service. Learned Standing Counsel would also state that the petitioner is rejoined services. In the circumstances, nothing would further survive in the present writ petition. It is, accordingly, closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate any further issues, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
