The instant writ petition arises out of title proceeding in respect to Plot of Khata No. 56, 148, 183, 184. 3. The parties to dispute have entered into compromise during pendency of the writ petition and supplementary affidavit has been filed along with the terms of compromise dated 27.07.2015, which is annexed along with supplementary affidavit dated 02.08.2015 as annexure no. S.A.-1 4. This Court vide order dated 24.03.2017 sent the matter before the Court concerned for verification of the compromise entered into between the parties. The Deputy Director of Consolidation, Kushinagar sent his verification report dated 08.01.2025 verifying the terms of compromise entered into between the parties. The verification report dated 08.01.2025 is on the record of the writ- petition. 5. Considering the verification report dated 08.01.2025 sent by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Kushinagar, the instant writ petition is disposed of on the basis of compromise dated 27.07.2015 entered into between the parties. The terms of compromise dated 27.07.2015 annexed along with supplementary affidavit dated 02.08.2015 is made part of this order.
