Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State/respondents. 2 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with following prayers :- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing respondent number 01 to grant sanction for prosecution u/s 17(A) Prevention of Corruption Act within a time bound manner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent to take cognizance of the petitioner complaint and initiate an investigation in accordance with the Prevention of Corruption Act. 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may be further pleased to pass any other consequential and other orders/writs which this Hon'ble court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the affidavit filed by State/respondents, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. 4 In that view of the matter, the instant petition stands disposed of.
