3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the bail application and submitted that the main accused persons are yet to be arrested, who had taken away the goods which were in transportation. As far as the present petitioner is concerned, the learned Public Prosecutor fairly submits that the petitioner’s documents have been misused and that he may be involved only to the extent of an alleged in conspiracy, though he is not a main beneficiary, as apparent from the record.
4. This Court considered the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle and the vehicle was not used in the crime rather the documents were misused and he has no previous criminal antecedents of similar nature.
5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court deems it just and proper to grant bail to the accused-petitioner under Section 483 B.N.S.S.
6. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner - Ashok Kumar S/o Gheesaram shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.579/2025 dated 06.12.2025 registered with Police Station Kotwali, District Dausa, provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
