1. At the very outset, Dr. Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working on the post of Community Organizer on contractual basis since 16.03.2010. REKHA SINGH Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH
-2- He would further submit that the petitioner has made representation before respondent No.2 claiming therein regularization. He would also submit that looking to the long service, a direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation strictly in accordance with law in the light of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Narendra Kumar Tiwari Vs. State of Jharkhand and others, reported in 2018(8) SCC 238. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the submissions made by Dr. Agrawal. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Dr. Agrawal, this petition at this juncture is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a fresh representation before respondent No.2 and in turn, the said authority is directed to decide it expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from today in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Narendra Kumar Tiwari (supra). 5.
