From the order-sheet, it transpires that on most of the dates, the case was adjourned as there was Advocates' strike or the parties were not present. 3. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to issue any direction, at this stage. 4. However, we leave it open to the petitioner to make prayer before the authority concerned. 5.
