The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- 1. To issue Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to get verified the food grains safely kept by the petitioner in new shop in the premises of Rakesh Kumar Nishad s/o Ram Kishor situated in the village- Korra Kanak, Tah-Sadar, District-Fatehpur and pass appropriate order for its distribution among the card holders. 2. To issue order or direction commanding the respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 10.12.2024 filed by the petitioner within some stipulated time. 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn. 3. This prayer has not been opposed learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. It is made clear that no liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition for the same cause of action.
