The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 102/2024, registered for the offence u/s 147/148/341/323/332/353/504/379 of the I.P.C, U/s 21 of M.M.D.R Act, U/s 54 of J.M.M.C.R, U/s 13 of J.M.Ρ.Ι.Μ.Τ. and Storage Act, pending before the court of learned A.C.J.M, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner happened to the driver of the tractor and the allegations are made that sand was loaded on the said tractor. He further submits that the allegations are made that he has quarreled with the raiding party. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 14 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that that the allegation of quarrel is there with the raiding party. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the driver of the tractor in question and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent; I am 2025:JHHC:36932 2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Chatra, in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 102/2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
