He prays for expeditious disposal of the proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure lodged by opposite party. 2. Having considered the materials on record including ordersheets I dispose of the proceeding observing in the event petitioner pays all outstanding dues as per interim maintenance awarded to opposite party and continues to do so in future, the maintenance proceeding shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 3.
