Impugning the proceedings vide Rc.No.Ser-ll/1316/2024, dated 30.12.2024 issued by the 3'^'^ respondent whereby the petitioner is placed under suspension, the above writ petition is filed. 3. At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would contend that against the order of suspension, an appeal would lie under Rule 33 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1991. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will avail the remedy i.e. appeal as per Rule 33 of the ARCS (Conduct) Rules, 1991. 3 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate authority against the suspension orders dated 30.12.2024 issued by the respondent.
