RAMA RAO KOCHIRI The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents, particularly 4threspondent at the instance of 5th respondent in repeatedly insisting the petitioner to appear before the 4th respondent Police Station and insisting the petitioner to vacate from his agricultural lands of Ac.1.60 Cents out of Ac.2.38 Cents in Survey No.1182/2 and Ac.1.60 Cents out of Ac.3.19 Cents in Survey No.1223/7 situated in Kamavarapukota Village and Mandal of West Godavari District by settling the civil disputes and yield to the demands of 5'11 respondent, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and volative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with the petitioner's life, personal liberty and said property.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri V.N.V.Surya Dattu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, let there be a direction to the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
