S PRANATHI 3 The Court made the following order: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice R.Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner, who was earlier working as a Junior Assistant in the Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rayadurgam, Ananthapuramu District had approached the Principal District Judge, Ananthapuramu for re- fixation of his salary. The application of the petitioner came to be dismissed by the Principal District Judge, Ananthapuramu by way of proceedings dated 03.06.2021. Aggrieved by the said order of rejection, the petitioner approached the 1st respondent herein on 01.07.2021, by way of an appeal, under Rule 26(a) of the A.P.State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996. 2. The petitioner has now approached this Court seeking disposal of the said appeal, as the same has been pending for the last four (4) years. 3. Smt.S.Pranathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been disposed of on 18.09.2025. 4. In those circumstances, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of his remedies under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
