Mr. Bidhayak Lahiri Ms. Bhaswati Lahiri Ms. Rinku Pachhal .…for the petitioner The learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barrackpore by an order dated April 23, 2025 passed an ad interim order of injunction which was extended by the subsequent orders dated June 4, 2025 and September 1, 2025. After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner and upon considering the materials on record, this Court is of the considered view that the interest of justice would be sub-served if the hearing of miscellaneous appeal is expedited. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the miscellaneous appeal is otherwise ready for hearing. In view thereof, CO 3412 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barrackpore to make an endeavour to dispose of the Miscellaneous Appeal No.42 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 2 It will be open to the petitioner to approach the learned District Judge for transfer of the miscellaneous appeal to any other Court for disposal. There will be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
