The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested on 31-1--2024 in connection with Crime No. 130 of 2023 registered at Police Station – Padmnabhpur, District Dsurg (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Sections 376(2)(n) & 376 (3), 506 of IPC and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences 2 Act, 2012 and Section 3(2) (v-a) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that all the witnesses have been examined, before the trial Court, the trial has come to a logical end and the matter is already fixed for final arguments. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, there is no justifiable reason to keep this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, MCRC No 7187 of 2024 is disposed of.
