This Court while issuing notice to the respondents stayed operation of the transfer order and the same continues till date. The appellant has worked for more than two years at the present place of posting. In that view of the matter, we dispose of the present appeal in the terms that the interim order dated 23.01.2025 is made absolute so far as present appellant is concerned, however the respondents are at liberty to pass fresh transfer order qua present appellant if administrative exigency so warrants.
