1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief:
“10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be
2 pleased to call for the records, pertaining to case of petitioner in unregistered appeal pending before the respondent, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to register and decide the appeal preferred by petitioner pending since 30.04.2024 expeditiously, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and just in the
facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to respondent no. 2 to register and decide the appeal titled as “Smt. Damyanti Vaishnav Vs. State of C.G. & Ors.” within a time frame.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, respondent no. 2 is
directed to register and decide the appeal titled as “Smt. Damyanti Vaishnav Vs. State of C.G. & Ors.” in accordance with law, rules and regulations, within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if there is no legal

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands
