In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Dinesh Chandra Mishra, Advocate has filed a supplementary compliance affidavit on behalf of opposite party no. 7 and the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of the opposite party nos. 5 and 6 which are taken on record. The affidavits disclose that the principle amount due to the applicants under the orders of the Writ Court have been paid to the applicants and credited in their accounts. The said fact is also accepted by the counsel for the applicants. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged.
