The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief: “10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the instant case. 2 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased for setting aside the order of SDO dated 19.06.2017 and commissioner order dated 28.06.2022 and direct the Board of Revenue to decide the revision expeditiously in revision no. RN/24/R/B- 121/263/2022 and the stay order of Tahsildar passed on 05.06.2025 in case no. 2019/Pra.Tahsil/ 2025 be kept if abeyance till the disposal of revenue case pending before Board of Revenue. 10.3 May kindly pass any other and further order as may be deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the Revenue Board to expedite the proceedings of revision pending before the Board of Revenue. 3. Learned State Counsel opposed the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels, Revenue Board is directed to decide the appeal pending before it, expeditiously as soon as possible, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as 3 well as respondent no 1. 6.
