J DILEEP KUMAR The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case was filed, complaining of a violation of the order dated 03.05.2024, passed in W.P. No. 10561 of 2024. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on both sides. 3. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition to conduct a survey and fix boundaries in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.1090/1A of Ranga Samudram Village, Porumamila Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. The said writ petition was disposed of on 03.05.2024, directing the Mandal Surveyor, Office of Tahsildar, Porumamila Mandal, to act upon the application made by the petitioner and proceed with the survey and conclude the same, strictly as per the Rules. 4. Sri S. Kaleemulla, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the respondent-Tahsildar failed to comply with the order dated 03.05.2024. 5. Pending the contempt case, after reply and rejoinder, another notice was issued to conduct a survey. Thereafter, the respondent issued an endorsement vide No.B/650/2025, dated 03.12.2025. A perusal of the endorsement dated 03.12.2025, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondent has not violated the order dated 03.05.2024, passed in W.P.No. 10561 of 2024, and the contempt case is liable to be dismissed. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from challenging the endorsement issued vide No.B/650/2025, dated 03.12.2025, if still aggrieved. No order as to costs.
