Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2025 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 09 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 22, 25, 27-A and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. It was submitted that about 4.9 grams of brown sugar were recovered from joint possession of petitioner and co-accused. It was further submitted that the seized brown sugar comes within the purview of small quantity. 4. It was finally submitted that the co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.8504 of 2025 vide order dated 24.09.2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda, in connection with Godda (Town) P.S.
