This is an application filed under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S. for expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No. 799 of 2020, (Moin Rahman Vs. Saiyyad Mohammad Haidar), under Section 420 IPC read with 138 of N.I. Act, pending in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th, Kanpur Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a time bound direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the complaint case. 5. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 6. Considering the submissions, the application is being disposed of directing the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Complaint Case No. 799 of 2020, (Moin Rahman Vs. Saiyyad Mohammad Haidar), under Section 420 IPC read with 138 of N.I. Act, pending before it, in terms of the mandate contained under sub-section (3) of Section 143 of the N.I. Act, 1881, the order is subject to legal impediment, if any. 7. Passing of this order may not be construed that this Court has adjudicated the matter on merits.
