Petitioner had filed this application through Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Ghaghidih, Jamshedpur, stating therein that he was granted bail six months ago, but he is unable to file bail bond as he is not in a position to produce bailors. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts, order dated 09.04.2025 passed in B.A. No. 2844 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on his personal bond. 4.
