The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash impugned order dated 08.01.2025 passed by learned Additional Session Judge/Special Judge (Rape and POCSO Act)- Ist, Etah, in Criminal Revision No. 117 of 2024 (Ghanshyam and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) whereby the Revisional Court affirm the order dated 12.04.2024 and dismissed the application u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 BNSS is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
