The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tisri P.S. Case No.84 of 2024, for offence registered under section 292, 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(1) of BNS, 2023 and section 47 of Excise Act pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be owner of Bolero and allegations are made that 236 bottles of foreign liquor was loaded on the said vehicle. He also submits that the said vehicle was being driven by the driver and the petitioner was not present on the spot and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that petitioner happened to be owner of the said vehicle. 5. Considering that the petitioner was not present on the spot 2025:JHHC:38551 2 and he happened to be owner of the said Bolero vehicle and he has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih, in connection with Tisri P.S. Case No.84 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) 22.12.2025 SI/
