GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following: ORDER The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not mutating his name for house No.2/161, Ghandi Nagar Street, Ampolu village, Gara Mandal, Srikakulam District, despite submission of representation. 2. The learned Standing Counsel by placing on record the written instructions dated 30.10.2025 of the Panchayat Secretary, Ampolu Village, submitted that the subject house bearing assessment No.909 is in the name of mother of the petitioner, who has three sons and all the three sons are seeking mutation in their names. 3. Since the petitioner submitted a representation for mutation, if mutation cannot be done in his favour owing to rival claims made by his brothers, the authorities have to pass a reasoned order on the said representation. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to pass a reasoned order on the representation made by the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
