The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 160 of 2021, S.T. Case No.72 of 2022, for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance taken under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda. On 08.09.2021, the informant came to know that her husband has been murdered near Harijan Tola, Nayanagar. Suspicion has been raised against this petitioner that he might have committed his murdered. Learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. However, witnesses have stated that the petitioner might have committed the murder of the deceased. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda, in connection with Mahagama P.S.
