The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by this Court in WP227 No. 552 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court vide order dated 30.06.2025 passed in WP227 No. 552 of 2025 while allowing the said petition, held in para 12 as under:- Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU 2 “12. Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed as stated above. Consequently, in viewing of allowing the application for amendment the concerned Rent Control Authority is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.” 3.The applicant is seeking modification to the extent that due to typographical error in para 12 the said order “Rent Control Authority” has been typed in place of “Rent Control Tribunal.” 4. Heard learned counsel for the appellant. 5. Upon due consideration and after hearing learned counsel for the appellant, the MCC stands allowed to the extent that the para 12 of the order dated 30.06.2025 passed in WP227 No. 552 of 2025, be read as “Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed as stated above. Consequently, in viewing of allowing the application for amendment the concerned Rent Control Tribunal is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.” Ordered accordingly. 6.
