(c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order/Orders, direction, directing the 4th respondent to complete all the pending complaints enquiry, and such other investigation as early as possible to meet the ends of justice. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the above petition with liberty to file a revision under Section 70 of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1929 as regards the grievances of the petitioner, if necessary, by filing multiple disputes. 3.
