The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chalkusa P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.262 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 137(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Smt. Tanvee, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 2338 of 2025 by order dated 25.03.2025. On 10.12.2024, the petitioner is after kidnapping three minor girls was taking them to a nearby forest. In the meantime, the girls managed to escape from his clutches. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Tanvee, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh or her successor, in connection with Chalkusa P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.262 of 2025.
