1. Present Contempt Petition has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for summoning and punishing the respondents for showing disrespect and disobedience to the order dated 17.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court.
2. Learned State counsel has placed on record the compliance report in pursuance of the order dated 02.04.2025 which is taken on record and has submitted that as per the said report, the complaint filed by the petitioner against respondent Nos.6and 7 in the main writ petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order/memo (Annexure R-1) in case, the petitioner is not satisfied with the same.
4. In view of the same, present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
