The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime No. 02 of 2022 registered before the AJAK, Mungeli for the offences under Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST and Section 294, 506/34 of IPC (Annexure P/1) and criminal proceeding pending before the Special Judge Atrocities, District Mungeli (C.G.) as Special Criminal Case No. 06 of 2022 and also the order dated 12.07.2023 (Annexure P/4), in the interest of justice.” 2. Mr. Praveen Dhurandhar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already been acquitted by the learned trial Court on 18.02.2025, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
