JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 24-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No.06 of 2022, dated16.01.2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he, along with the other co-accused, acting with a common intention, fired at Virendra Kumar and Vijay Yadav, as a result of which Virendra Kumar died and Vijay Yadav was injured. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89851 of 2025(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 ulterior motive. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is totally false and based on concocted facts. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner has three criminal antecedents. 5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that fardbeyan of injured Vijay Yadav was recorded by the police in Paras Hospital, Patna, in which he has stated that the petitioner and one Anuj Yadav fired upon him and the deceased. 6. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and as also the fardbeyan of the injured, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed. shikha/- (Ajit Kumar, J) U T
