Case No. 140 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) (a) and 26 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Sushila Soren, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur. 3. On 23.10.2024 at 2.30 p.m., Golmuri Police raided the godown of the petitioner and recovered one country made pistol and two live cartridges from there. 4. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the petitioner is accused in as many as eight cases. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
