The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2),117 (2), 109(1) of B.N.S., 2023, pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner called the informant for certain work in the office colony. He further submits that the allegations are made that the informant has asked the petitioner to go to the block office and do the said work through the proper channel and in view of that the altercation took place. He further submits that the injury is simple. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 13 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner has gone there pursuant to call 2025:JHHC:34973 2 made by the informant and thereafter the altercation took place with regard to the discharge of the work through proper channel, the injury is said to be simple in nature and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent; I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
