JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL JUDGMENT The appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed compromise petition under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC in respect of Item Nos.2 and 3 of ‘A’ schedule property. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are the plaintiffs before the Trial Court. 2. In terms of the compromise, out of the total extent of 3 acres 27 guntas, which was purchased by the appellant and the appellant has agreed to give up her right to the extent of 1 acre 10 guntas which described in ‘B’ schedule of this compromise petition. In terms of the compromise, the appellant has also paid an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- to respondent No.1 with the consent of respondent No.2 by way of 4 cheques amounting Rs.5,00,000/- each of two cheques and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48771 RSA No. 1066 of 2022 Rs.7,50,000/- each of 2 cheques and no other claim by each other in respect of this appeal is concerned. 3. The parties have understood the terms of the compromise. Hence, compromise is accepted in terms of the compromise petition.
